In Washington County, 27% of households are struggling to meet their basic needs. These families often are faced with tough decisions, like paying rent or taking their kids to the doctor.

United Way of Washington County, their partners and supporters like you, surround tough problems like these and fight for the education, health and financial stability for everyone in our community. Community support of United Way continues to help change lives throughout Washington County.

Because of your support:

  • 81% of youth enrolled in educational programs increased or maintained expected academic performance.
  • 91% of youth in counseling reported improvement in their ability to cope with life stressors.
  • More than 9,100 Washington County residents received services to improve their lives in 2021.

Live United.
