NON-PROFIT COLLABORATION

To foster community engagement and leadership development, Emerging Leaders extends a helping hand to non-profit organizations seeking support and partnership. If you represent a non-profit organization, the Emerging Leaders can help you: 

  • Publicize your events with our membership (send to emergingleaders.uw.volunteer@gmail.com) 
  • Share your board member recruitment efforts with our membership
  • Connect you with Emerging Leaders looking for board service opportunities
  • Support your events with Emerging Leader volunteers
  • Partner with you on events

Our operational framework is structured around an Executive Council, convening monthly to steer the direction of Emerging Leaders, while our Non-Profit/Volunteer Committee oversees event coordination on a monthly basis. Planning for the upcoming calendar year takes place in the fall, with our monthly meetings to review and consider partnership requests. To facilitate collaboration, we request event flyers in PDF, JPG or PNG formats for publicity purposes and appreciate a 60-day notice for volunteer asks for partnership opportunities.
